Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product/s purchased on our website, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items purchased may not be exchanged and, therefore, if you would like to exchange your purchase, you can return the item under the terms and conditions described herein and proceed with a new order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure they are in their original condition, not used, worn or damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags attached.
We also understand that bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and if after trying on our item it does not fit you, again it may be returned under the above conditions.

To make a return:
1) submit a request by sending an e-mail to customer services, remembering to enter your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order, along with details of which item/s you would like to return and reason for the return;
2) attach the adhesive label we will provide, which includes our return shipping address, to the outside of box.
3) confirm a pickup by sending an e-mail to customer services, specifying the preferred address and date for picking up the package, subject to confirmation with the courier (excluding weekends), and telephone number.
By following these instructions, the courier will proceed to pick up the package without any additional fees. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and we will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft.
Refunds
Once it is determined that the return meets all requirements, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and your refund will be processed. A credit to the amount of the merchandise returned will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The return process takes approximately 7 days. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our website contact form.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
